Step 1: The Event Roster. Most of our team members get their start on our Event and On-Call rosters. This is where you learn our field protocols at high-profile venues and major events like NASCAR, BottleRock, and Auction Napa Valley.
Step 2: The Training Period. Use your first 90 days to show us your reliability and professional discipline.
Step 3: Promotion. Once you've mastered the basics, you become eligible for dedicated part-time and full-time rotations as they open up.
